We are looking for experienced Telesales Advisors to join our team in delivering excellent sales results to consumers who have made online and web queries. Main duties include
- Achieving daily and monthly sales targets of qualified leads passed unto the sales team.
- Following up prospective service and sales opportunities
- Targeted calling to consumers who wish to make savings on their energy bill and who desire better service
- Keeping up to date notes on the company’s in-house dialler CRM system
- Monitoring personal performance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Fast learner- ability to develop deep product knowledge in order to efficiently explain to consumers.
- Demonstrable experience in telesales to achieve targets
- Appetite for growth and desire to take on more responsibilities
- Highly motivated and focussed on driving results in a determined manner
- Team player
- Excellent verbal communication skill
- Responsible and sense of ownership
- Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
- Strong time keeping
- Confident over the telephone
- Minimum of 1 Year Telesales experience of the B2C is advantageous
- Previous experience using dialler CRM databases
